By accessing or using Nashira at nashira.live, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Nashira lets you follow artists and receive email updates about new releases, tour dates, and music videos based on your preferences. We check public sources such as Spotify, Ticketmaster, and YouTube. Nashira is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist or platform unless explicitly stated.

• You must provide a valid email address to subscribe.
• You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and secure.
• You choose which artists to follow and which notification types to receive.
• You may sign in to manage subscriptions. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider.
• You may unsubscribe at any time from individual emails or from your account settings.

By subscribing, you consent to receive emails from Nashira according to your selected preferences (daily alerts and/or weekly digests). Marketing emails unrelated to your subscriptions are not part of the core service. You can opt out of notifications at any time without affecting your ability to use the website, except that you will no longer receive artist updates.

If you connect Spotify, you authorize Nashira to read information needed to suggest artists you may want to follow. You can disconnect at any time. Spotify's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Spotify.

Nashira tries to detect new releases, concerts, and videos promptly, but we do not guarantee that every event will be found, that notifications will be timely, or that information will be error-free. Data comes from third-party APIs and public sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or changed without notice.

• Do not use Nashira for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not misuse unsubscribe, verification, or authentication flows.
• Do not resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

Nashira's name, branding, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. Artist names, images, and metadata belong to their respective owners. We display them only to provide the notification service you requested.

Emails and pages may link to third-party sites (for example Spotify, Ticketmaster, or YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Nashira is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nashira and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use the free service).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Nashira or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised date. We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
